2020 Equity Series Presented by Bremer Bank
March 11, 2020 Session 1: What is equity -- and why is it important to my business and my community? Economic implications of race and the opportunities to leverage untapped populations for business growth. Equity requires access, advancement, accountability and allyship. When this session is done, what you’ll know: What is equity, why are we talking about it, how to do it something about it, and who’s responsible for it?
We are thrilled to offer our Chamber members the opportunity to participate in our partnership with the Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce's 2020 Equity Series, beginning this week on March 11. The 2020 Equity Series is designed to provide what leaders need to lead.
More intentional connections to those in the room; the skilled practitioner, the professional services firm leader, the front line manager, the executive, the hiring manager and many others who attend will work together to build equity as a best practice - this Series is about changing how we do business!
Join us and positively impact your life, your work environment and our community. Participants can sign up for a single session or for all six sessions at a discounted rate (Series Pass). Participation in all six-sessions encouraged. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practitioners ? we need you to enrich our sessions, so please take advantage of the discounted pricing for those on the front line of the work!
